    With the subscription to our services, You have the option to purchase additional goods and services, including SMS credits, WhatsApp API credits, custom member mobile app on a yearly renewal basis, and 3rd-party access control devices. It is important to note that all purchases related to SMS credits, WhatsApp API credits, and custom member mobile app subscriptions are non-refundable

    For 3rd-party access control devices, our refund policy aligns with the terms and conditions set forth by the respective third-party provider. You are encouraged to review and adhere to the specific refund policies outlined by the third-party manufacturer or provider of access control devices.
